Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience is required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work in a Union environment and adhere to CBRE policies.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system reliability in a critical operations environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore equipment and technical systems.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and performance.
• Address complex network and equipment issues affecting facility operations.
• Maintain documentation, maintenance schedules, and technical records.
• Participate in system updates, user training, and technical documentation development.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve operational challenges.
• Mentor and support team members across multiple disciplines.
