Township of Union Public Schools seeks a part-time Union High School Title I Boot Camp Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. The role runs Jan 5, 2027–May 20, 2027, with Tue/Thu 2:45–3:45 pm sessions, and pays $55.00 per hour, including planning/prep time, not to exceed $3,163.

The ideal candidate will hold NJ Principal Certification, teach UHS during the day, and have prior Title I Coordinator experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate NJ Principal Certification.
• Must teach Union High School during the day.
• Must have prior Title I Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Title I Boot Camp to reinforce core content and SAT/mathematics preparation.
• Manage staff professional development, sign timesheets, create schedules, handle registration and recruitment, and maintain Title I data.

Duties:

• The Title I Boot Camp will provide students with an opportunity to reinforce and master content in these rigorous courses and help prepare them to be successful on AP Exams. In addition, several Boot Camps will focus on SAT preparation, Mathematics reinforcement etc.


• Coordinator will be responsible for staff professional development training, sign timesheets, create student and staff schedule, registration, recruitment, lesson documentation and any other requested Title I student data needed.

Rate of Pay:

$55.00 per hour to include 15 minutes dismissal per day/prep time for planning 10 hours Prep time for planning/student recruitment 10 hours (not to exceed $3,163)

January 5, 2027 -May 20, 2027 (Tuesday & Thursday 2:45-3:45 pm)
