Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime and Saturday work as needed. Compensation is union-based, with a base rate of $23.07 per hour under the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of production and/or operations.
• Experience in mill operations, manufacturing, or similar is preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general labor duties throughout the plant, including material handling, general cleanup duties, and machine operation.
• Clean assigned areas: sweeping, shoveling, power washing and scraping; manage spills.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading, connect and detach loading hoses.
• Assist departments as assigned, may include shift work.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies.
