Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and company directives related to operations and safety.
• Manage shift operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Review tenant service summaries to identify recurring problems.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for machinery.
• Inspect systems to ensure operation within normal parameters.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Perform repairs and emergency maintenance and maintain records.
• Respond to emergencies and request additional help as needed.
• Mentor colleagues and lead by example to meet department goals.
