Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in San Diego, CA is hiring a Union Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 12:00pm–8:30pm) with overtime as needed. The role pays a union rate of $23.03/hour and requires safety-conscious performance with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The team handles order picking, packing, and material stocking using RF devices and forklift equipment, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment with adherence to PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean and safe; adhere to PPE and safety regulations.
