Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to scan and sort items.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime as needed, starting pay at $24/hour and potential increases based on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• May be responsible for providing back-up driver duties.
