Job summary

Ferguson is currently seeking a Union Warehouse Associate on the 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm) in Addison, IL. The role pays $21/hour and requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of warehouse experience.

You will operate a stand-up forklift, handle pallets, and use RF devices to process orders. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to team-driven efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material accurately.
• Keep the workspace clean and contribute to a safe, accident-free facility.
