Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate in San Jose, CA. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, pulling and preparing outbound orders, using RF devices, and maintaining inventory. You will participate in a fast-paced team environment and help ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 years warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable.
• Comfortable learning company systems quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and compliant with PPE rules.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE and harness use up to 400 lbs.
