The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to receive, store, and clean colleague uniforms at the Forbes Five-Star hotel. You will manage uniform issuance, alterations, and laundry coordination, contributing to a pristine guest and staff experience.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or cleaning experience, familiarity with Forbes 4/5 Star standards, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or cleaning experience.
• Knowledge or experience with Forbes 4/5 Star service standards is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue all uniforms.
• Maintain uniform control by issuing all uniforms on an exchange basis only.
• Assess repairs needed; measure and alter uniforms as needed.
• Accept laundry from team members, verify, count and inventory what was collected.
• Prepare dry cleaning and laundry lists; send/receive dry cleaning and laundry for processing.
• Wash and iron team members and guest clothing.
• Organize and store guests' clothing in the designated laundry area upon receipt.

The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The Uniform Room Attendant will be responsible for receiving, storing, and cleaning colleague uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue all uniforms.
• Mantain uniform control by issuing all uniforms on an exchange basis only.
• Assess repairs needed; accurately measure and alter uniforms.
• Accept laundry from team members, verify, count and inventory what was collected.
• Prepare dry cleaning and laundry lists. Send and receive dry cleaning and laundry for processing.

• Organized and properly stored guests' clothing in the designated laundry area upon receipt.

Qualifications
