Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Tier 1 Unified Communications support specialist to assist departments with daily assignments, training needs, and maintenance of UC platforms across the enterprise.

The role provides expert Tier 1 support, requires gathering information from internal customers, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating enterprise-wide to maintain effective communications tools. Travel to service locations is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or two years' experience related to communication technology.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
