Job summary

Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive network/unified communications engineering experience.
- Demonstrated success leading technical teams through organizational change and modernization.
- UC/VoIP expertise: CUCM, WebEx, SIP architectures, and large-scale deployments.
- Strong networking fundamentals in edge/access, routing/switching, QoS, and wireless.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for unified communications and network infrastructure.
- Lead the integration of Voice Services and Network Operations into a single engineering unit.
- Mentor engineers and develop cross-skill growth plans.
- Establish procedures and metrics to ensure high availability across campuses.
- Oversee 400+ Network Rooms and 5 campuses with 800+ switches and 4300+ APs.
