Job summary

CACI is seeking a Unified Communications Administrator to support UC&C services globally, including VoIP, VTC, IM, and Presence, with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph requirement. You will work with CUCM, CMS, and related tools to sustain and improve enterprise communications.

This full-time role may require up to 10% travel (CONUS/OCONUS) and offers opportunities to contribute to modernization, upgrades, and training while adhering to security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a poly
• IAT II certification mandatory

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge of VoIP/PBX telephony systems and Cisco UC platforms
• Support IM systems like Cisco Jabber, Webex, or Teams and Presence Services
• Manage VTC equipment, CMS, MCU, and related tools
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and security compliance
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and assist projects
• Utilize network topology and ticketing systems to resolve issues
• Schedule, monitor, and support UC services including video conferences
