Dell’s Unified Communications Engineer – Federal Customer in Chantilly, VA (onsite) will engineer, sustain, and improve voice and collaboration capabilities for mission operations, handling administration, troubleshooting, integration, and lifecycle support in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting unified communications, VoIP, telephony, or collaboration environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills.
• Familiarity with endpoint integration, platform administration, and service support processes.
• Understanding of network and QoS concepts related to voice and collaboration services.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure environment; TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for administration, troubleshooting, integration, and lifecycle support of communications platforms and endpoints in a secure environment. • Lead experience guiding standards, design choices, or junior engineers
