Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Manager Unified Commerce to lead the technology behind every customer interaction: webshop, app, stores, order management, marketplaces, and loyalty. You will build a capable team and shape the platform strategy for the company’s unified commerce transformation.

You will coach a team of around 20 FTE, drive the EVA-based transformation, and move from reactive support to product-led roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading technology teams in an agile omnichannel retail environment.
• Experience with platform transformations such as OMS, POS or commerce.
• Ability to translate a backlog of requests into a roadmap
• Strong vendor management and credibility with senior stakeholders
• Clear English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of around 20 FTE (direct + indirect) including Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and specialists.
• Drive the Unified Commerce transformation via EVA implementation and modernize legacy systems.
• Shift focus from reactive ticket support to product-led roadmaps delivering business value.
• Partner with eCommerce, Retail, CRM/Loyalty, Customer Service and Marketplaces, aligning priorities with business goals.
• Ensure stable, measurable operations with processes, KPIs and automation where possible.
• Manage partners and costs, steering on value and commercial terms with key vendors.
