Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Milford, OH seeks a Domain Consultant with 15+ years in Unemployment Insurance. You will lead a team of business analysts, define requirements, and articulate UI capabilities in client-facing settings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Unemployment Insurance domain.
• Experience in benefits areas such as Claims Intake, Weekly Certifications, Monetary/Non-Monetary determinations, Overpayments, Appeals, USDOL/IRS compliance.
• Tax areas including Employer establishment, Contribution and Wage Reports, Billing and Collections, Lien and Investigations.
• Experience with UI modernization/transformation programs as a Business Manager or SME is strongly preferred.
• Strong in requirements gathering, capability demonstration, gap analysis, documentation, and functional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on Unemployment Insurance Tax and Benefits.
• Lead UI business analysts' team and provide guidance and direction as needed.
• Create requirement specifications for seamless deployments of UI projects.
• Know other information systems and speak to their capabilities for customers' business.
• Coordinate with business teams to build new functionality and manage client expectations.
• Demonstrate UI systems to clients and prospects.
• Lead discussions on legal changes affecting UI and coordinate with State teams.
• Coordinate with team leads and client business managers or SMEs.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 15 plus years of working experience in Unemployment Insurance domain
• Benefits areas (like Claims Intake, Weekly Certifications, Out of State Functions, Monetary and Non-Monetary Determinations, Overpayments, Appeals, USDOL compliance, IRS compliance)
• Tax areas (like Employer establishment and maintenance, Contribution and Wage Reports, Employee Leasing, Billing and Collections, Liens, Fraud and Investigations, Appeals and Cashiering).
• Experience of Unemployment Insurance modernization/ transformation program as a Business Manager or SME is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Application Capability Demonstration, Gap Analysis and Documentation, Functional Designing, Customer Communication.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Visio.
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Anticipate change and quickly prioritize accordingly.
• Should have good team skills and should be able to motivate and train his team to understand the Unemployment Insurance business process in detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should be the subject matter expert on Unemployment Insurance Tax and Benefits.
• Should lead Unemployment Insurance business analysts' team and provide guidance, direction to them as and when required in regard to Unemployment Insurance Business process.
• Build requirement specifications to ensure seamless deployments of Unemployment Insurance project.
• Build your knowledge of other information systems and be able to speak to their capabilities in the context of our customers' business.
• Coordinate with the business teams to build new functionality when required and set reasonable expectations with customers.
• Able to give demonstrations of UI systems to clients and prospects.
• Able to lead discussions to assess the impact of any changes in law related to UI.
• Should be able to lead all Unemployment Insurance business processes discussion with the State's team.
• Communication & coordination with team leads (Requirements, Development, Data Migration, Testing, Technical Team) and Client Business Managers or SMEs.

Salary Range: $130,000 -$150,000 year
