Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in unemployment claims, human resources, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and communications.
• Comfortable learning new systems and software programs with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process unemployment-related verification requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage high volumes of mail; scan, sort, and file materials with proper workflow assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Claims, Mailroom, and Operations.
• Pull and organize documents from multiple state portals and verify completeness.
• Coordinate with Unemployment Department on mail routing and document submissions.
• Assist senior team members by developing internal resources and materials.
• Handle unemployment claim documents through SIDES format and verify data integrity.
• Triaging documents and cases to ensure efficient assignment and tracking.
