Job summary

Oklahoma Employment Security Commission seeks an Adjudicator to perform fact-finding with claimants and employers, issue non-monetary decisions, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation for appeal processes. Position is full-time with standard M-F hours in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK, with no travel requirements.

Primary duties include applying USDOL and state guidelines to determine eligibility and benefits while maintaining thorough communication with claimants and employers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in employment services, career or vocational guidance, customer services or related work.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted: 30 semester hours for 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact finding with claimants and employers via phone, mail and e-mail to gather information for non-monetary determinations.
• Enter claimant overpayments and ensure documentation for appeal files.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the computer system and file documentation for accessibility.
• Write non-monetary determinations clearly for claimants and employers.
• Maintain safety/security protocols and participate in required training.
