Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is hiring an Adjudicator for the Employment Security Commission. This full-time, regular position is based in Oklahoma City or Tulsa with typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm, M-F. The role focuses on fact-finding, data accuracy, and non-monetary determinations to support unemployment benefits processes.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and sponsorship is not provided. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $48,796.80 annually, depending on education and experience and

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in employment services, career or social services or related fields.
• Equivalent education can substitute 3 years of experience with 30 semester hours.
• Proficiency in standard office software essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding with claimants and employers via phone, mail and email.
• Enter data and maintain accurate non-monetary determinations.
• Ensure due process according to state and USDOL guidelines.
• Follow safety and security protocols and participate in required training.
• On-site presence is essential for interaction with staff and clients.
• Prepare clear, concise reports for file documentation.
