The Team Leader – Underwriting Support will work a hybrid schedule from our Phoenix AZ office.
The Team Leader – Underwriting Support will provide leadership and direction to the Underwriting Support team, ensuring seamless policy issuance, compliance support, and operational efficiency. This role will also focus on platform support, acting as a liaison between underwriting teams and internal IT, managing system solutions, and supporting cross-functional projects. Additionally, the Team Leader will ensure compliance with state and provincial regulations and contribute to underwriting system improvements.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors . Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded. Jencap also offers a range of benefits and programs, based on eligibility, which currently include but are not limited to; comprehensive health care coverage, a 401k plan, and tuition reimbursement.
