Responsibilities

• Rate new and renewal business and support pre-renewal setups.
• Process post-transactions and tasks for assigned product lines.
• Ensure accuracy of rating/pricing documentation in the document management system.
• Verify information in systems and ensure documentation is on file.
• Maintain knowledge of rate, rules, and forms for supported lines.
• Monitor and process incoming work within underwriting support workflows.
• Follow prescribed guidelines to meet performance goals.
• Maintain a professional relationship with Markel colleagues.
