Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support for the UW Service Center across the full lifecycle.
• Process submissions promptly, manage internal mailbox, collaborate with teams.
• Gather and organize information from brokers, clients, reinsurers and others.
• Prepare and process policy documentation including binders and endorsements.
• Maintain quality control over Shared Services output and training materials.
• Support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Partner across functions to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Demonstrate AI acumen by testing and adopting approved AI solutions.
