Job summary

AXA XL seeks a senior executive to lead Technology & AI for the Americas and the Chief Client Office, translating strategy into enterprise-wide roadmaps and ensuring delivery accountability. Act as primary technology and AI partner to the Americas and Chief Client Office, shaping direction.
Translate business strategy into a funded technology and AI roadmap.
Represent investment cases with clear ROI and measurable benefits.
Own the technology and AI portfolio for the Americas and Client Office, ensuring delivery.
Influence senior stakeholders and align across underwriting, claims, pricing, finance, and distribution.
Drive enterprise AI adoption with high-value use cases and workforce readiness.
Partner on risk, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements for AI initiatives.
Shaping vendor strategy and leading contract negotiations aligned to priorities.
