Job summary

ICW Group is seeking an underwriting support professional to assist the Service Center of Excellence with account management and client service. You will direct activities, ensure file accuracy, and gather information for new business and renewals.

You will train teammates on procedures and handle client inquiries with timely, accurate responses. In this role you provide essential administrative support to underwriting staff, manage agent/insured communications, and help maintain smooth policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of underwriting-related experience or training.
• Workers' Compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports underwriters through account management activities.
• Directs account management and ensures file accuracy.
• Gathers information for new business and renewal setup.
• Trains coworkers on systems and procedures.
• Provides customer service to clients and serves as first contact for inquiries.
• Provides administrative support to underwriting staff.
