Account Coordinators liaise with external trading partners and internal underwriting to deliver exemplary service and support efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior insurance operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of insurance and experience with internal customers.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting support: assist with administration and processing of new business submissions and renewals.
• Customer service excellence: process binders, policy issuance, and midterm service requests within established timeframes.
• Communication management: respond promptly to internal requests and external broker queries.
• Proactive collaboration: work with underwriters and territories to support new and renewal client base.
• Product knowledge development: learn the product set and understand marketplace and broker dynamics.
• Professional development: participate in Allied World Learning and development opportunities.
