Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, underwriting support, policy processing, or related admin role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to accuracy and guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process endorsement requests, policy changes, and renewals.
• Evaluate requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines.
• Review renewal accounts and pricing changes for underwriting acceptability.
• Identify accounts needing additional underwriting review or information.
• Assist underwriters with account maintenance and renewal prep.
• Communicate with agents and internal partners to gather missing info.
• Prepare underwriting files and maintain documentation and rationale.
• Monitor work queues to meet service standards and deadlines.
• Escalate complex risks to appropriate underwriter or manager.
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency.
• Drive operational efficiency through use of AI.
