Responsibilities

• Attend Lean Six Sigma training and lead a project from inception to completion.
• Interact and collaborate with internal departments to gain industry knowledge and achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
• Become familiar with property and casualty insurance terminology.
• Complete assigned trainings on property and casualty insurance knowledge.
• Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and assignments.
• Shadow team members and assigned executive mentor to gain insider knowledge of underwriting.
• Network through company events.
• Attend onboarding and training as assigned.
• Underwriting Knowledge Base enhancement: support knowledge base development, governance, and user engagement.
• FCRA Compliance Audit Framework Automation: assist automation and documentation for compliance workflows.
