Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Services Specialist in a remote-capable position.

The role focuses on delivering service for moderately complicated accounts, processing policy and endorsements, and ensuring data quality across systems. The candidate should have 2–5 years of insurance experience with WC, GL, Property or Commercial Auto, and demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or industry designation preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Insurance.
• Experience with WC, GL, Property and/or Commercial Auto.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery for moderately complicated accounts for policy & endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and set-up.
• Review account information for entry into appropriate systems ensuring quality data reporting.
• Order, prepare and/or update reports.
• Policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model.
• Processing of underwriting transactions and requests.
• Communicate with internal functions and brokers as key contact for assigned accounts.
• Booking/Invoicing.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position is incentive eligible.$55,300 - $82,700/year* Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
