Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Services Specialist to work remotely from multiple U.S. bases, including CO, CA, TX, MO and WA.

You will support policy and endorsement issuance, document filing, data entry, and reporting across WC, GL, Property and Commercial Auto lines. The role requires 2-5 years in insurance, a Bachelor's degree or insurance designation, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Insurance designation preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Insurance industry.
• Experience with WC, GL, Property and/or Commercial Auto.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery for moderately complicated accounts for policy & endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and set-up.
• Review account information for entry into appropriate systems that ensures quality data reporting.
• Policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model.
• Processing of various underwriting transactions and requests.
• Communicates with internal functions and brokers to serve as key contact for assigned accounts.
• Booking/Invoicing.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position is incentive eligible.$55,300 - $82,700/year* Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
