Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure underwriting and product forms comply with state laws and regulatory requirements. You will monitor regulatory changes, translate requirements into practical actions, and manage a forms‑related compliance inventory across teams.

You will partner with Product Development, Underwriting, Product Management, Legal, and Technology to assess impact, develop compliant solutions, and drive remediation from identification through closure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant property and casualty insurance experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and reach supportable conclusions.
• Excellent written and oral communication, translating complex information into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory research and assess impact on policy forms, endorsements, notices, and language.
• Maintain and track a centralized inventory of forms-related compliance matters and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Underwriting, Legal, and Technology to implement compliant solutions.
