You will manage complex inspection tasks, act as SME, and ensure high-quality processing while coordinating with underwriters, agents, inspection vendors, and carriers to meet timelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Escalation & issue resolution: manage complex inspection tasks and inquiries.
• Act as SME for inspection processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and guide the support team.
• Quality assurance: conduct audits of work by the processing team.
• Identify trends and training opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder support: assist underwriters, agents, vendors, and carriers with escalated matters.
• Process oversight: monitor workflows for compliance and SLA adherence.
