The role emphasizes collaboration with underwriters, agents, inspection vendors, and carriers to resolve inquiries quickly while maintaining accuracy and adherence to SLAs. A strong eye for detail and process improvement is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in insurance operations or underwriting support is preferred but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn inspection processes and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to handle escalated tasks.

• Escalation & issue resolution: Manage and resolve complex inspection tasks that cannot be completed by the centralized processing team.
• Quality assurance: Conduct quality reviews and audits of work and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder support: Assist underwriters, agents, inspection vendors, and carriers with escalated matters.
• Process oversight: Monitor inspection workflows for compliance with guidelines and SLAs and support new processes.
• Collaboration & training: Onboard and train new team members and work with leadership to improve efficiency.
