Responsibilities

• Review new business for completeness and readiness for underwriting review.
• Validate submission information, rating inputs, and AI-generated outputs; correct discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate rating, booking, issuance, and policy/document production per guidelines.
• Manage workflows and maintain files to meet service and turnaround expectations.
• Provide timely information to support policy status, billing, or processing questions.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, IT, and billing to resolve questions and enable timely transactions.
• Support process improvements and testing of AI workflows and data quality.
• Build knowledge through training and daily work.
