Job summary

Berkley Human Services, a Berkley Company, is seeking an experienced Underwriter in Minneapolis to develop and maintain a profitable book of Human Services business. You will manage underwriting processes, assess risk, and work closely with producers.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in multi-line underwriting and marketing, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $85k–$125k and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of multi-line underwriting and marketing experience.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable book of Human Services business.
• Manage underwriting processes and producer relationships.
• Evaluate applications and determine premium, terms and conditions.
