The role provides administrative support to underwriters and agencies, handling submissions and maintaining routine reports, while supporting the underwriting team and promoting our customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to underwriters and agencies by rating and entering transactions.
• Enter new business submissions and identify additional submissions to prevent duplication.
• Update routine reports and understand information for decision making.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Gather input and offer recommendations to resolve moderately complex problems.
• Maintain customer experience standards in all interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and team members to ensure timely responses.
