The role provides administrative support to underwriters and agencies by rating and entering transactions into established systems, while also supporting the underwriting team to build valued relationships and deliver customer-focused service.

Ideal candidates will have strong typing, communication, and attention to detail, with a high school diploma and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Index new documents by type and department.
• Enter new business submissions and identify additional submissions and active policies.
• Update routine reports and understand information.

• Apply knowledge to solve problems of limited scope.
