Participants receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning across multiple Beazley product lines including Crime, Executive Risk, Environmental, Property, and Cyber.

Located in Atlanta, GA, the program offers relocation support for non-local hires and routes toward a permanent underwriting role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or internship experience in insurance is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data interpretation skills are required.
• Proficiency in English and good written/verbal communication are essential.
• Ability to organize workload, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Spend 12 months learning about Beazley product lines and insurance processes.
• Learn from experienced underwriters and senior leaders and network with program alumni.
• Prepare for a permanent underwriting position within Beazley after graduation.
• Participate in training, case studies, and project-based learning activities.
