Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Relevant internship, work, leadership, or extracurricular experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and additional languages, where required by the business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize workload, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Confidence presenting information to individuals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Learn about all aspects of the insurance industry and Beazley’s product lines during the 12‑month program.
• Receive structured training from internal and external experts.
• Build relationships with program alumni, peers, brokers, and senior leaders across the organization.
• Participate in presentations, case studies, and project-based learning opportunities.
