The Early Careers Program offers formal training, exposure to underwriting concepts, and opportunities to interact with brokers while developing professional credentials.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance & Risk Management, Business, Liberal Arts, Communications, Psychology, Finance, or relevant degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical, with keen ability to think through issues.
• Proactive; able to organize and prioritize to meet multiple demands and commitments.
• Strong work ethic; team player; exhibits leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Arch products and services to wholesale and retail brokers.
• Underwriting and pricing products, including: Financial analysis.
• Exposure analysis.
• Policy contract review and rating.
• Claims review.
• Binding new and renewal accounts according to our underwriting philosophy and strategy.
• Servicing our brokers and customers.
