• Effectively manages application flow in Salesforce on a first-in-first-out basis.


• Gathers accurate, timely information, using fact-finding techniques and tools.


• Reviews required elements of a merchant's application to ensure the stability of CANs loan offers related to potential credit risks downstream, in accordance with CAN Capital Operations policies and procedures.


• Identifies missing, incomplete, or off information to ensure a full and complete picture of the merchant.


• Actions each merchant application, correcting merchant information, confirming or declining each application, as defined by procedures.


• Ensures each loan application has a complete checklist.


• Keeps accurate notes on reviewed applications, ensuring a clear audit trail.


• Consistently and efficiently works pipeline of applications meeting SLAs.


• Communicates issues and trends to leadership.


• No supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• AA degree or higher in a business-related discipline is preferred.


• Prior experience in a professional environment is preferred, but not required.


• Salesforce or other CRM experience, preferred, but not required.
