Tokio Marine America is seeking an Underwriting Business Analyst – Phase One to join our Shōrai Program. You will participate in a structured three-year development plan, rotate through Corporate Underwriting and GBUs, and gain exposure to underwriting systems and analytics.

Hybrid role with 2 days in the office weekly; you’ll work with experienced underwriters to build foundational underwriting skills and contribute to process improvements across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with underwriting leadership, underwriters and analysts to understand project concepts and objectives.
• Manage assigned projects from concept to final implementation under guidance.
• Develop project schedules and specifications.
• Become a user expert on Majesco Policy Decisions, OnBase, TED, Salesforce, Loss Control 360 and related systems.
• Assist in developing tools for underwriting management and portfolio analysis.
• Coordinate with other departments on reports, data management and workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls in daily activities.
