Tokio Marine Group of Companies is offering a three-year Shōrai Program in underwriting. Participants will apply creative and analytical thinking, with comprehensive on-the-job training from veteran underwriters and leaders across the organization.

You'll gain exposure to Corporate Underwriting and the Global Business Unit, with customized development plans and coursework to deepen underwriting knowledge and certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Underwriting Leadership, Underwriters and Analysts to understand project objectives and approach.
• Take assigned project(s) from concept through final implementation with direction from unit owners.
• Create and maintain project schedules with plans and specs.
• Become a user expert on Majesco Policy Decisions, OnBase, TED, Sales Force, Loss Control 360 and other tools.
• Assist in developing tools for Underwriting Management and underwriters to improve portfolio management.
• Collaborate with internal units to develop reports and improve workflows.
