What You’ll Do

• Own the numbers: Build and refine Excel and ARGUS models for acquisitions, valuations, and ongoing asset performance.
• Drive execution: Support every stage of the deal cycle: underwriting, diligence, financing, and closing.
• Tell the story: Create polished investment memos and presentations for internal leadership, lenders, and investors.
• Think like an owner: Dive deep into market data, rent comps, and trends to help identify new opportunities and optimize portfolio performance.
• Partner with leadership: Collaborate directly with the firm’s founders on strategy, deal pipeline, and investor communications.

What You’ll Need
