Investment Analytics Manager - Stable, Established Organization

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in real estate analytics, investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance, REIT FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise and Argus experience.
• Knowledge of property valuation, DCF analysis, IRR, NPV, forecasting, and commercial real estate investment concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to business leaders.

What you'll do:

• Perform financial analysis related to leasing transactions, capital projects, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuations, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership and investment committees.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, asset management, operations, and other business teams while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $125,000-$165,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
