Job summary

Funderial, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Junior Underwriter/Operations Support to handle day-to-day operations, including data entry, collecting and organizing financial documents, and liaison between sales reps, ISO partners, and lending partners.

You will use our CRM software, produce accurate reports for upper management, and help improve processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in finance, sales, or operations.
• Familiar with CRM software such as Salesforce and Five9.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales representatives to collect documents and keep records updated.
• Communicate with partners via email or phone to discuss potential clients and required information for review.

• Generate reports for Supervisors to monitor productivity.

Funderial is seeking a highly motivated, fast learning Junior Underwriter/OperationsSupport, responsible for day-to-day operations including: data entry, collecting and organizingfinancial documents, analysis of financial documents, acting as a liaison between salesrepresentatives, ISO Partners, and lending partners, using our CRM software, providing accuratereports for Upper Management, and improving the overall functionality and processes for agrowing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordination - Work closely with sales representatives to collect all necessary documentsand make sure they are being updated appropriately
• Communication - Speak directly with our partners via email or phone to discuss potentialpotential clients and information needed for review of approval
• Data Entry - Accurately record all client information within our CRM software to ensure bestpossible data management
• Financial - Review financial documents for completeness and pre-qualify clients forsubmission
• Reporting - Generate reports for Supervisors to view and analyze productivity
• Learning - Quickly learn the business practices and procedures
• Improve - Help improve and streamline the operational system

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1-2 years experience working in finance, sales, or operations
• Ability to learn quickly, including CRM software such as Salesforce and Five9
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of finance, business, and sales
• Open to collaborative work styles

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Work Remotely: Work from home with in office training and regular company events
