Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, risk management or insurance.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem analysis and resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to complex issues.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating databases/websites.
