Salary starts at $57,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. No prior insurance experience is required as Bass Underwriters provides mentorship and training to help you grow in underwriting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, risk management or insurance.

An Underwriter Assistant provides support to an Underwriter by reviewing applications, evaluating risk, creating quotes, and processing new and renewal business.
