• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management & Insurance or related field preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to complex issues; detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating websites/databases.
