Job summary

Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (DBA ISHPI) seeks a Hardware Development Engineer to design, develop, document electronic hardware and assemblies for Navy undersea programs. You will support schematic capture, PCB layout, fabrication, integration, and testing to field hardware systems.

Responsibilities include creating drawings, BOMs, and test procedures; coordinating procurement and maintaining baselines; and traveling to government sites for integration and testing as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout.
• Experience with hardware testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
• Experience with hardware/software integration and system test activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document electronic circuit boards, electro-mechanical assemblies, acoustic devices, and hardware systems.
• Procure, fabricate, assemble, and integrate electronic hardware systems and subsystems.
• Develop drawings, BOMs, schematics, and configuration management artifacts.
