Qualifications

• Experience with water treatment systems and environmental controls.
• Ability to work underground and on elevated platforms.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment plant equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Prepare reports, logs, and test data; monitor chemical usage and equipment performance.
• Safely handle chemicals such as flocculants and coagulants and maintain housekeeping of the plant.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and equipment pre-ops; report safety and environmental concerns.
• May operate light heavy equipment as needed (front-end loaders, dozers, forklifts).
• Support underground work and install flow meters for water management.
• Work with minimal supervision and follow standard operating procedures.
