Job summary

ANCO is seeking a dependable Water and Sewer Installer to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utility systems. You’ll work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently in varying weather conditions.

The role requires basic installation knowledge, ability to read blueprints, operate hand tools, lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to travel or work overtime as needed. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in underground utilities or related construction work.
• Knowledge of water and sewer systems and basic installation methods.
• Ability to use hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overtime or travel as needed.
